Your data is yours. Hyperion agents use three-layer memory (identity, journal, session) to personalize your experience. You control it end-to-end: view it, export it, delete it.
We do not train foundation models on your data. We do not sell it. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Operational data — the minimum required to deliver coaching, scheduling, tasks — is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is logged and auditable.
Hyperion agents provide coaching, analysis, and automation across their respective domains. They are not licensed professionals. Violet is not your doctor. Sterling is not your accountant. Pearl is not your spiritual director. Amber is not your teacher.
Each agent has domain-specific safety guardrails and will refer you to qualified humans for decisions that require them.
Subscription terms, refunds, billing, and acceptable-use details will be posted here before public launch.
GDPR + CCPA: right to access, export, and deletion honored within statutory timeframes.
SOC 2 Type II: audit in progress. Report available on request to enterprise customers once complete.
