Studio

A studio that ships
its own software.

Hyperion is a small studio building specialized AI agents. Six products in the agents. One architecture underneath. Every release is battle-tested as the founder's private operating system before it launches.

01

We ship what we use.

Violet began as Mickey — the founder's private AI performance physician, running daily for months before being generalized for the world. Every agent that follows ships to the same bar: it has to work, in daily use, before it gets a public face. We don't ship what we haven't lived with.

02

Specialization is our moat.

A general-purpose AI is a hallway. A specialist with three-layer memory, domain-specific tools, and the Cascade is a wing you move into. The longer you live there, the more costly the move out becomes. That is not accidental.

03

Evals are the product.

Every agent ships with its test bench. Red-team prompts, safety evals, domain accuracy, personality drift. If the scores slip, the release doesn't ship. We treat evals as engineering, not QA.

04

Your agency, not your dependency.

Amber refuses to hand you the answer. Pearl won't moralize. Violet won't diagnose. Every agent is built to make you more capable — not more reliant on us. The worthy outcome is you, smarter.

05

Private, premium, patient.

We open access in waves. We charge real money. We build for people who want the Gold Standard — not the free version that sells their data. If that's you, we'd like to meet.
